ITALIAN STYLE CHEESECAKE 

 

Crust:  

 

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs  

1/4 c. sugar  

1/3 c. margarine, melted  

1/2 t. cinnamon (optional)  

 

Filling:  

 

2 lbs. cream cheese, softened (4 - 8 ounce packages 

1 -1/2 c. sugar  

4 eggs.  

1 t. vanilla  

3 T. flour  

3 T. cornstarch  

1/2 c. butter, melted 

2 c. sour cream  

     Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.  Add flour and corn- starch, then melted butter. Fold in sour cream. Pour into greased 10inch springform pan.  

Bake at 325 degrees for I hour. Turn off heat and leave in for two more hours. DO NOT OPEN DOOR.
